I'm Katie, the artist behind Katie Rhee Calligraphy, located in New York City. I provide hand lettering, engraving, and heat foiling services for brand activations and experiential marketing in Downstate, New York (NYC, Long Island, and Westchester).
Let me tell you about my story. In December 2021, I was going through a difficult time and calligraphy became an outlet to help me. I wish I could say I found calligraphy, but I honestly believe it found me.
Since I was young, I always wanted to be creative, but couldn't find where I fit in. When I look back, I realize that there were hints of calligraphy and hand lettering throughout my life. In fact, I hand painted my college graduation cap with calligraphy and florals.
Today, I am here to help your clients feel special through unique personalizations that can be cherished forever.As the heart and soul behind the brand, I find immense joy in using the art of calligraphy and engraving to bring a touch of magic to life's most precious occasions.
